Midsummer Night was originally composed for lever harp and small orchestra. This solo harp version has been carefully adapted from the original solo part, created at the request of one of my listeners.
The piece features a lyrical and flowing harp melody, capturing the warm and contemplative atmosphere of a midsummer evening. Structured in a clear traditional form, it blends elements of classical, romantic, and film music styles, making it suitable for intermediate-level harpists seeking expressive repertoire.
This arrangement preserves the character of the original solo line while providing a stand-alone version for harpists wishing to perform the piece without orchestral accompaniment.
