Angels & Angles - for mixed ensemble

Originally titled Tri-angels, this sharp-edged ensemble work was renamed Angels & Angles after a fateful typo — and the title stuck. It suits the music: groovy, rhythmic, witty, and anything but angelic.

The triangle takes centre stage alongside the harp in a tight, percussive ensemble setting. Driving rhythms, angular motifs and a lyrical midsection give the piece both bite and flow.

For advanced ensembles looking for contemporary repertoire with personality, pulse and a lot of fun.
